Tucked just off Main Street, Spill the Tea is your go-to for comfort brews, warm pastries, and conversation that stays between us. Whether you’re on your lunch break, dodging the drizzle, or digging into local history, we’re here with a cuppa and a smile.
We proudly source ingredients from local growers - and no, we don’t share our supplier list (don’t ask).

🕐 Opening Hours:
Monday–Friday: 7.30am – 4.00pm
Weekends: We’re closed. Staff training. Definitely just that.

| Blue Jasmine Fog | A dreamy blend with hints of memory-loss mint. Staff favourite. |
| The Sixth Floor | A steep black oolong with whispers of something unspoken. Best sipped alone. |
| Redacted Hibiscus | Bright, tart, and temporarily unavailable (don’t ask why). |
| Sweet Compliance | Chamomile, vanilla, and a calming agent. Perfect for unwinding after… anything. |
| The Elowen | Rare white tea with floral notes and a long, haunting finish. Not always listed. |
| Mango Misdirection | Fruity, uplifting, distractingly delicious. Nothing to see here. |
| Council Cleansing | A detoxifying blend that may or may not be officially sanctioned. Ask discreetly. |
We also offer cold brews, underground lattes, and the mysterious “Special of the Day” — available only to those who ask the right question.
